For an opening account, dont hesitate to contact us and we will send
you a credit application.

While processing a credit application, Audio Tech may require your initial order
C.O.D..
PRICES
Price list available upon request. All prices are the prices in effect at
time of order and they are subject to changes without prior notice. All taxes
extra where applicable.
F.O.B.
Prices are F.O.B. our office located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Upon pick
up by the transportation company, the purchaser assumes all risks for loss
or damages of merchandises.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are NET 30 DAYS to customers with approved credit. Delinquent
invoices bear interest of 2% monthly to all past due accounts.
DISCOUNTS
Quantity discounts are available on all our products.
FREIGHT
All transportation charges, handling charges and insurance, will be paid by
the purchaser.
PRODUCT CHANGES
Audio Tech reserves the right to discontinue any products without prior notification
and
without incurring any obligation.
SHORTAGES
A written claim for shortages must be made within 10 days after receipt of
the order.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Products that are defective from defects in any material and\or workmanship,
will be replaced upon verification by our technical department. All returns
must be issued a return authorization number prior to sending back to our
office.
RETURNED GOODS
Any defects or errors for which Audio Tech is responsible for, will be promptly
rectified. Returned goods will not be accepted without prior approval and
a return authorization number which must appear on all documentation relating
to the return merchandise. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Returned
goods are subject to a restocking charge of 15%. There will be additional
charges to replace any abused or misused parts or components to restore the
product to its original or saleable condition. Time limit for returning merchandise
is 30 days after authorization.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation charge.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Disputes with the carrier do not alter our payment terms and are the responsibility
of the customer.
